      This Series has an ultra-low design that provides maximum single stage stroke while maintaining
      excellent stability throughout the lifting range. These Aircraft Jacks are ideal for low-slung airplanes
      and helicopters weighing up to 8000 lbs. (3629kg).


      A: INNER SLIDE TUBE - The 2.5" (64mm) diameter powder-coated Tube forms the foundation of the TriTask Aircraft Jack System. The zigzag pattern of safety lock-out holes are vertically spaced 1" (25mm). A 1.25" (32mm) round Jacking Point receiving socket is at the top of the Tube's anchoring stud.
      B: POSITIVE SAFETY LOCK - Spring-loaded safety pin "pops" into the Inner Slide Tube and rests on top of the Jack's frame to prevent the accidental lowering of the aircraft.
      C: ANTI-SNAG ROUND FRAME TUBE has a 3.25" (83mm) diameter.
      D: LOW-HEIGHT LEG DESIGN provides maximum gear door clearance, with one of the four sections completely free of any protrusions. The four legs insure excellent stability with its 27.062 (68.7cm) square footprint.
      E: MILLED FLAT AREA ON EACH LEG increases surface contact to help prevent any hanger floor damage.
      F: THREE 3" (76mm) SPRING LOADED CASTERS allow easy transporting of the Jack around the hanger without the need for the steel legs to scuff across the floor.
      G: TWO ACCESSORY TUBES are provided to allow the operator to put in accessories or tools for on-board storage if desired.
      H: The optional ALW-10 Leveling Washer Set is a perfect solution when it's necessary to shim the A500 or A600 Aircraft Jack legs because the hanger floor isn't completely flat or level. The ALW-10 Set isn't to be used with the A300 or A700 Series Jacks.

      You now have a choice when lifting the nose of helicopters with skids.

      You can either use the high cost multi-stage jacks or the affordable and very versatile single-stage hydraulic A512 Helicopter Nose Jacks. The A512's are capable of lifting the nose on a wide range of helicopters configured with either low or high skids. Even when the standard load cell is on top of the jack, the A512 can slip under the jack point tip with as little as 16.375" (41.6cm) clearance.

      How to select the correct TriTask Jack to lift any helicopter with skids weighing less than 8000 lbs. (2722kg):

      1. Measure the distance from the hanger floor up to the bottom of each of the jack point tips located on the underside of the helicopter.
      2. If you'll be using the standard top-of-the-jack load cells, then take 4.5" (11.4cm) away from each of the above measurements to give you the net clearance.
      3. Select the TriTask Jack that's equal to or just a little shorter than the net clearance. If the difference is more than 2" (5cm), you should use an AT-EBxxx Extension Bar to make up the difference, so valuable hydraulic lifting stroke isn't lost.

      AT-JPRn Jacking Point Receivers
      Made of solid steel and powder-coated with a long-lasting yellow finish for easy spotting, these JPR Receivers have been designed to be put into the top of an A600 or A700 Series Aircraft Jack's Inner Slide Tube, an AT-EBnnn Extension Bar or the AT500-CA Conversion Adapter for the A500 Series. The AT-JPR1 is a 1.5" x .187" (38x5mm) pad with a .875" (22mm) round Jacking Point receiving socket. The AT-JPR2 is a little larger with a 1.75" x .375" (44x10mm) pad with a 1.25" (32mm) round receiving socket. Both have a 1" x 1" (25.25mm) round stem.

      This optional 2.25" (57mm) round steel
      powder-coated Adapter only connects to the A500 Series Inner Slide Tubes and adds .875" (22mm) to the height of the Jack. After securing the Adapter to the Inner Slide Tube's protruding anchoring stud, an AT-JPRn, AT-EBnnn or a top-of-the-jack aircraft weighing Load Cell can be quickly put into the top of the Conversion Adapter.

      AT-EB015 thru AT-EB125 Extension Bars Extends the height of the TriTask Jack so technicians can get close to the airplane or helicopter without wasting valuable hydraulic lifting stroke.

      Twelve (12) optional 1.75" (44mm) solid steel
      powder-coated Extension Bars of various lengths screw into the top of an A600 or A700 Aircraft Jack's Inner Slide Tube or into the AT500-CA Conversion Adapter used on the A500 Series. They extend the height of the Jack 1.5" to 12.5" (38 to 318mm) in 1" (25mm) increments. Both of the AT-JPRn Jacking Point Receivers or a top-of-the-jack aircraft weighing Load Cell can quickly be put into the top non-threaded hole of an
      AT-EBnnn Extension Bar. The AT-EBnnn's cannot be used on the A755C and A760A Aircraft Jacks.
